Introductory Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Clara Galway (hereinafter referred to as the “seller”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “buyer”) when purchasing goods through the website.
By submitting an order, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Orders and Conclusion of the Contract

Fraud Prevention

Orders identified as fraudulent may be cancelled without prior notice.
Chargebacks and Disputes
By submitting an order, the buyer agrees that, in the event of a problem, they will first contact customer support before submitting a chargeback request.
In the event of a chargeback:

The seller reserves the right to provide evidence of the transaction, delivery, and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

The buyer may have their access to future purchases restricted

In the event of an unjustified chargeback, the seller may seek recovery of any resulting damages through legal means
Unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks are considered a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Liability
The seller is not responsible for:
